Good eating

Our group presented the importance into health in from of food, we also showed the perception that people had on good eating. We saw that we can be influence by our emotional state when deciding what to eat, so much that it over powers our sinful eating which can depend on someones perspective. With that said our group also researched the difference in culture when it comes to eating, it seems as for different parts of the work as well as United States they have the same goal and its to be more mindful however we can see the limitations in every country and what’s at displayed as for food that sells in the street and home made food. This matter is something that needs to be considered since in America there is preeminence in heart disease, diabetes and cancer. We must take into consideration what our bodies are receiving. Furthermore education one self into understanding what it takes to change the bad habits in consumption. It is very important a lenient dietary. Considering our most inner parts are all connected. If the gut health isn’t doing well the results manifest in the state of your mental health. Overall, you are what you eat. Being considerate of what you consume its so important to the wellness of your body and your brain.

Paying it forward

This group presented how important is the various ways for communication. As for non verbal message, we can all agree that still in our gestures we can understand each other which would be called kinesics, as well as paralanguage, which uses the pitch in someones voice for comprehension. Very much used in countries like china. They went on to explain the deliverance into how we communicate, some like rehearsing and impromptu speech, these can help immensely in the deliverance of a speech and in it accuracy. Which lead us into informative speaking, who’s goal is to impact with truths, with methods, research and how something is done. All for the same reason to be understood at its best. At last the lead us into persuasive speaking, some being logos, ethos, nothing we haven’t heard before, as for its goal to lead a good argumentative interaction, using logic or visuals, a good character to demonstrate credibility. Over all these are so important in our daily living, it’s not to take for granted the different ways we can use our body to successfully communicate to the rest of us.

Self care

This group presented the pursuit of happiness, which just so happens to end up being the taking care of our self. The fundamental aspect of our existence, being very complex yet necessary to survive. We all know that in the midst of our journey we tend to get tangled in our problems that’s why is the very I important the unwinding of or circumstances. The way we handle our stress also performs in the body and mind. Taking care of one self reduces the risks in permanent damage to the body. Many cultures during centuries have taken heed of this and have develop routines for self care, such as physical practices like meditation or the consumption of herbs and supplements as well as hygiene. Without obstinacy many have created organizations offering self care such as sports and study groups. In conclusion self care I would dare to say it’s the most important factor one should pursue, it prioritizes a better self and sustains better health and better communication. It truly captures and includes all other topics that we’ve seen in the rest of the presentations.
